Are You A Wantrepreneur or Entrepreneur

We live in a society where every and anyone feels the need to call themselves an entrepreneur, making the true meaning of an entrepreneur somewhat lost in translation.

The truth is, a vast majority of entrepreneurs are in fact Wantrepreneurs. A Wantrepreneur in simple terms is a wannabe entrepreneur. They love the idea of wanting to become an entrepreneur more than actually doing what it takes to be an entrepreneur.

I’m going to discuss 3 key differences between an Entrepreneur and Wantrepreneur.

  1. Talkers VS Doer’s

Wantrepreneurs are those who talk so much about their business and how big and successful they envisage it to be. But one thing they fail to do is actually doing something about it. Entrepreneurs on the other hand focus on doing and let success speak for them.

     2. Money VS Impact

Wantrepreneurs are motivated by making money rather than the impact and benefits their business sets to achieve. They start a business merely because they want to get rich quick. Entrepreneurs on the other hand are more interested in actually starting a business to leave an impact and adding value.

    3. Excuses VS Action

Wantrepreneurs are good at bringing up excuses to justify why they have never actually started a business. They will hide behind the smallest obstacles and use it as an excuse why their businesses never launched. Entrepreneurs on the other hand speak less and act more.

So now you have 3 key differences between and Entrepreneur and a Wantrepreneur.  So are you a Wantrepreneur or an Entrepreneur?
